Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and protect your login details. The account holder is responsible for account activity and must promptly report suspected unauthorised use. A business-account user represents that they are authorised to act for that business.
Products, prices and VAT
We work to keep descriptions, images and availability accurate. Natural colour or material differences may occur. The final consumer price at checkout includes applicable VAT, with tax details shown on the invoice. Project and B2B quotations may show price and VAT separately as agreed.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is not final acceptance until availability, price and payment are confirmed. We may reject or cancel an order for a clear material error, suspected fraud or unavailable supply, returning any amount due through the appropriate payment route.
Quotations and projects
A quotation remains valid for its stated period and conditions. Custom supply or execution begins only after acceptance and completion of the stated payment, purchase-order and information requirements. Signed project contracts and purchase orders supplement these terms and govern their project scope without limiting mandatory rights.
Delivery
Estimated timing and cost are shown at checkout or in the quotation and may depend on location, availability and site requirements. Please inspect delivery and record visible damage or shortage. Unless another period is agreed, the consumer may cancel if delivery or performance is delayed by more than 15 days from the contract date or beyond the agreed date, and recover amounts paid in accordance with Saudi law, unless the delay is caused by force majeure.
Intellectual property and governing law
Platform content, brand assets, images and designs are owned by or licensed to ZaD and may not be commercially reused without written permission. Saudi Arabian laws apply. Complaints should first be raised with customer service, without restricting either party’s right to approach the competent authority.
